Do you have vegan options or do any chocolates contain alcohol? Yes to both — we have vegan options, and some flavours contain alcohol. Both are labelled clearly on each product page.
Can I return my order? You can cancel within 14 days of receiving it. We can't accept returns on opened products for food safety reasons.
What if my order arrives damaged? Get in touch with a photo as soon as possible and we'll arrange a replacement.
